We offer a very extensive range of services throughout your studying experience in Varna. This begins with doing our very best to guarantee your place in Varna Medical University and continues throughout your medicine, dentistry or pharmacy degree until we support you in helping you secure your first job!
Phase 1
Admission
During the admissions process we will initially help you build your application form. Then we'll send you all of the preparation materials for the entrance exam. Once you've gotten your entrance exam results we'll guide you through the legalisation of your Irish education and identity documents. This process involves partnership with very experienced notary public professionals based in Dublin who have regular interaction with the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs. This is key to ensuring your documents are prepared in rapid time. We believe that our expertise in this stage of the admission especially makes our company the best choice for Irish students. The system is changing every year back home and we're constantly on top of it.
Phase 2
Moving to Varna
It is an incredibly large step to leave Ireland and move to Eastern Europe. This can be very difficult for young students especially but we can guarantee you that you'll be moving to a lovely, safe city with locals so kind that will leave you feeling very surprised. Our team will be on the ground from the moment you enter arrivals at Varna Airport, we will take you to temporary accommodation for your first night and then begin house hunting with our recommended real estate agency for your first ever apartment in Varna! Then we can begin enrolling you at the university which will enable us to assist you in receiving your permanent Bulgarian residency at the immigration office. Our team has a very good grasp of the local language which is essential as the immigration officials do not speak English. However, in the rest of the city English is spoken almost everywhere and at first students can get by comfortably without Bulgarian language skills.
Phase 3
Supporting Your Studies
Especially in the first semester students must adapt quickly to the seminars and exams which can be quite stressful when they are trying to settle into life in Bulgaria at the same time. As we have been through the process before and passed our exams with flying colours we are on hand to offer support and exam tips based on previous years. During the second semester and following years life will flow far more smoothly and you'll have the confidence and experience to finish your studies with enjoyment. However, we will still be a quick phonecall away should some queries arise in terms of changing your accomadation or tips with exams for example.
Phase 4
Employment
After completing your final year of medicine or dentristy it's time to land that job that you've been dreaming of for so long. We'll be on hand to assist you in applying to hospitals in Ireland and the UK as that's where the vast majority of our graduates will be applying. However, if there's another country where you wish to apply then we would be happy to also assist you in this process.
